About Wamsley flower farm
Grown from the ground up and rooted in family, hard work, and heartfelt blooms.
At Wamsley Farms, we believe that great flowers begin long before the presentation. From our hilltop farm in Trimble, Missouri, we grow hand-harvested, locally grown, and made ready for your orders or wedding moment florals. We’re here to serve florists, designers, and couples who value connection, quality, and a little bit of family farm magic.
Wamsley Farms grew from a mix of determination, creativity, and a love for doing things by hand.
Zach and April, together with their five kids, bring all sides of themselves to the work — the builder, the grower, the dreamer, the doer. Every flower is the product of that effort: early mornings, late nights, and a commitment to growing something meaningful. When you choose our flowers, you’re choosing a little piece of that passion and pride.
2017
Zach and April retire the nine-to-five and commit full time to flower farming; first commercial hoop house built.
2020
Wedding floral offerings launch — curated pieces and DIY Buckets for couples with vision.
2025
A small greenhouse experiment turns into a hobby of growing cut-flowers for local markets.
2018
Wholesale relationships begin forming with nearby florists; we plant heavier for cut-flower production.
2023
Infrastructure upgrades: new harvesting shed, upgraded cooler, and expanded field plantings to serve more wholesale and wedding clients.

Behind the Scenes? Yes, Please.
Stories, soil, and simple moments from life on the farm.
Flower farming is full of small wins and muddy days the kind of moments that rarely make it to the finished product but mean everything behind the scenes. On the Field Notes list, we share what’s happening out here in real time. From planting days and early blooms to family projects, harvest updates, and lessons learned along the way.
