What is the typical investment for wedding and event florals?

Our couples invest an average of $8,000 in wedding and event flowers and floral styling. Every celebration is custom, so your final investment will reflect the scale of the event, floral selections, seasonality, venue logistics, rentals, delivery, installation, room transitions, and strike. After learning about your vision, we will create a tailored proposal.

What is included in full-service wedding and event floral design?

Full-service design may include personal flowers, ceremony florals, reception centerpieces, statement installations, candlelight and tabletop styling, delivery, installation, room transitions, and post-event strike. Your proposal will clearly outline everything selected for your celebration.

What rentals are available?

Our curated rental collection includes chargers, tableware, silverware, flameless candles, votives, bud vases, commercial arches, and a tree frame designed by Enticing Tables. Rental selections are subject to availability and are coordinated to complement your floral design and the overall event aesthetic.

Are delivery, setup, and pickup included with rentals?

Delivery, styling, installation, and post-event pickup are quoted according to the venue, timeline, quantities, and labor required. We handle the logistics outlined in your proposal so the finished design feels cohesive and your wedding day runs smoothly.

Can I request specific flowers?

We welcome your favorite varieties and will consider them while designing. Because flowers are natural, seasonal materials, exact varieties cannot always be guaranteed. We select the freshest, most beautiful blooms available while honoring your color palette, overall style, and intended feeling.

Will my flowers look exactly like my inspiration photos?

Inspiration images help us understand the mood, movement, color, and scale you love; they are not replicated exactly. Floral design is an art, and each Wamsley Farms event is created as an original composition for the couple, venue, season, and setting.

How far in advance should we inquire?

We recommend reaching out as soon as your date and venue are confirmed. Spring and fall dates are especially popular, and availability is limited so every event receives the attention it deserves.

How do we reserve our wedding date?

Your wedding or event date is secured once your agreement is signed and the required nonrefundable retainer is received. Until both are complete, the date remains available to other couples.

Who may approve changes to our floral design?

To keep communication clear and protect the couple’s vision, design and contract changes are accepted only from the couple named on the agreement or their designated professional wedding coordinator.
